Rider Multi Cursor For Mac

If you're using Rider, the JetBrains IDE, on your macOS, you can take advantage of its powerful multi-cursor capabilities to streamline your text editing and selection tasks.

Text Editing and Selection Shortcuts​

  • To activate multi-cursor, press Option and use the Option + Direction keys to create multiple cursors at your desired locations.
  • To swiftly select the next occurrence of a word, select the word and simply press Ctrl + G.
  • If you need to merge multiple lines into a single line, position the caret where you want and press Ctrl + Shift + J .
  • To select text until the end of a line, regardless of alignment, hold Option and drag your mouse to the left.
